Intima HCS brake rotors are high carbon, CNC-machined multi-slot discs built to exact OEM sizing for a precise bolt-on fit. The high carbon alloy resists thermal cracking and fade under repeated heavy braking, while the multi-slot face sweeps pad gases and debris to sharpen bite and pedal response. Every listing is sold as a pair (x2 discs) — one complete axle set.

Subaru brake rotors

294mm front and 286mm rear discs suit Impreza WRX GC8/GD/GG/GE/GH/GR/GV, Forester SG and SH, and Liberty. STi models running the Brembo package take the 326mm front and 316mm rear pair.

Toyota 86 & GR86 brake rotors

294mm front and 286mm rear discs share the Subaru 5x100 fitment — the same pair covers 86 GT, GTS, GR86 and non-Brembo BRZ.

Hyundai i30N, i20N & Kona N brake rotors

345mm fronts for the 2018–2020 pre-facelift i30N, 360mm fronts for the 2021+ facelift i30N and Kona N, and a 314mm rear that fits every i30N variant plus Kona N. The i20N runs its own 320mm front and 262mm rear. Check your build date before ordering — pre-facelift and facelift i30N fronts are not interchangeable.

Honda brake rotors

300mm fronts for the Civic Type R EP3 and FN2 and Integra DC5 Type R/Type S, plus 300mm front and 260mm rear discs for the Accord Euro CL9 and Euro R CL7.

Intima HCS rotors are ordered direct from Intima's Australian warehouse in NSW and typically dispatch within a week — contact us for a current ETA on your part number. Shipped Australia-wide with tracking. Heavier rotor pairs above 22kg ship by courier and are quoted individually.

Is the listed price for one rotor or a pair?

Every HCS listing is a pair — two discs, one complete axle set.

Do slotted rotors wear pads out faster?

The HCS multi-slot design is machined rather than drilled, so it cleans the pad face without the aggressive wear of a cross-drilled disc. Pad life is comparable to a plain rotor when matched to an Intima compound.

Will these fit my car?

Each product page lists exact fitment, disc dimensions, PCD and a DBA cross-reference where one exists. If your model isn't listed or you're unsure of your build date, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm.

Do I need to bed these in?

Yes — follow the bed-in procedure supplied with your pads. Correct bedding is what sets pad transfer film on a new disc and prevents judder later.
