The Nexus IO16 is a Haltech CAN device that expands the functionality of a Haltech Nexus or Elite ECU by adding 16 user-configurable input and output channels, accessible through the Haltech CAN system.
This harness, when used with a Nexus IO16, expands a Haltech Nexus or Elite ECU's functionality by adding 16 user configurable channels of combined inputs and outputs via the Haltech CAN system
INPUTS
6 x Analogue Voltage Inputs (AVI)
- 0-5V readable range
- Selectable 1k pull-up resistor to 5V
4 x Synchronised Pulsed Inputs (SPI)
- Reluctor/Digital
- 0-5V readable range
- Selectable 1k pull-up resistor to 5V
OUTPUTS
6 x Half Bridge Outputs (HBO)
- 8A current (sink/source)
- Capable of 0-100% duty cycle
- 2.2khz switching speed
- NOT suitable for DBW throttle application
WARNING - When using HBOs, ensure the Nexus IO16 is powered using the constant power pins and power ground pins.
OTHERS
- 3 x 5V output (sensor power)
- 4 x Sensor ground
Note: Any 5V and sensor ground pins can be paired when wiring sensors.
