Racing Solutions offers bespoke rebuild services for your Tremec World Class T5, with race proven results. Located in Maida Vale, Perth WA.
The process
Upon delivery the gearbox is completely stripped and assessed.
A quote will be generated and emailed. Quotes include pricing for standard and modified options.
We will contact you to discuss our findings and the rebuild process to suit the intended application.
How long will it take?
Usually 3-4 weeks from the arrival of your transmission. Some T5 parts are getting hard to get hold of. We may need to order parts from the USA, which will extend the repair time.
All rebuilds come with a 90 day warranty on workmanship (no gear breakage).
We have modification parts in stock to make your T5 stronger and more user friendly.

Countershaft support plate upgrade.
The factory countershaft retainer is a weak point of the T5. It does not support the bearing and is subject to flexing. This causes misalignment of the countershaft and mainshaft resulting in gear breakages.
Our upgraded and much stronger unit (on the left in the photograph) is a must for all T5 rebuilds.

The ultimute upgrade for your T5, for race applications only.
PPG Straight cut gearsets are available by pre-order only. Wait time is 6 - 8 weeks.
